Singa Thermal Cover System is a cuboic or cubic cover system to maintain a proper temperature range to protect the cargo inside from extreme warm or cold environment. The system has been designed to be applied for healthcare products, foodstuffs as well as chemical goods ambient transportation demand.

The Thermal Cover offers 6 sides protection, to cover the entire cargo, the base cover is connected with other sides with tape to ensure a stable temperature and humidity. 2-layers of ice pack is loaded on the top of the cargo, inside the Thermal Cover, to keep the temperature inside the Thermal Cover within 2-8C⁰ or 15-25C⁰ for some time.

The Thermal cover system comprises multilayers,

1, highly reflective out layer minimizes solar heat gain to protect the cargo inside get

a sudden high temperature;

2, high-efficiency inner insulation  layer reduces thermal transfer to protect the goods;

3, strong fibrous insulation layer permits evacuation of excess moisture.

The Thermal Cover PP10 is a customized product with different sizes (US Standard Pallet, EU Standard Pallet, or half Pallet).
